It says Im not whitelisted when i try to join the server.

I would like to be whitelisted because, I have friends on the server. I heard it was a good server, and I would like to build upon the server. I would also like to create a faction. I was told it has alot of mods on the server, and I have trouble doing this. I would enjoy being accepted to this server. What you want to do on the server: I want to be a gladiator within the arena. I want to build a huge castle with my pal Senor Chompy. I want to learn some of the mods you have put on the server. I want to make some new minecraft friends. I LOVE MINECRAFT!!
