[Launcher Not Working]

Hello Technic Launcher Forums,

 

Every time I launch the launcher, it always says the packs are offline, when my internet is working perfectly. I know it is a problem with the firewall. I would like to know which programs I need to know which programs to allow. Here is what the launcher looks like: http://imgur.com/GSQzOdf

I am making a modpack. I am follow this:  for a tutorial. However, whenever I launch it, it always says, "Error unzipping a file for the following pack." Error in opening zip file. Please consult the mod pack author. The only mods I have installed are NEI and CodeChickenCore. I am using dropbox to upload my files.

I am assembling a private mod pack for me and my friends to play on. When ever I try load the pack, it always states, "Error downloading file for the following pack." How do I fix this? I am using dropbox to upload my files. Please help as soon as possible!
