It's just Vanilla. I am, ideally, looking for someone to tell me what's wrong with the mod pack or fix it themselves and provide a link for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The old platform URL or the download link? Because I thought the URL was deleted once you changed it? Because I don't think you can manually edit a launcher's pack and have it work.

Then I don't know. I don't see any other way to add another build. Perhaps someone else knows a method.

How did you try to change the build in-launcher?

When you go to edit your pack: Change the mod pack version and supply the new download link then save. It should update the mod pack with a new build. You'll be able to switch between builds in the launcher.
