[Launcher sticks to mouse click]

This happened to me when I moved my techniclauncher.exe from my desktop to a folder on my desktop "games".

move it back to the last location you moved it from and your problem should be solved.

This doesn't work for me, because I drag it out of the chrome downloads onto the desktop

[Launcher moves away from the mouse]

Description of Problem:

Whenever I mouse over the launcher, the launcher just jumps away from the mouse, it keeps doing it until it goes into the corner of the screen. I can't do anything, select packs, enter my username and password, or select options. I can't drag it back up, I made sure to update java, re-download the launcher, and deleted the files. Nothing works.
