[How to pick up machines in Voltz]

I've placed a turret on the ground but decided the location isn't the best. How do I pick it back up? I can't seem to retrieve it with the wrench and hitting it with other stuff just seems to damage it.

I downloaded the Tech It Up modpack from:

I followed the directions for installation outlined by the modpack author but when I try to launch the pack in the Technic Launcher I get a message that says:

Error downloading file for the following pack: Tech It Up

Failed to download https:// ganinian.tonidoid.com/urlzc4tlh

I'm not terribly versed when it comes to locating program errors and fixing them so any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I should post more information.
