Running Launch.bat isn't working! HELP!

I'm trying to create a server and I'm at the point where I extract the download in a folder I want, which I just name "Tekkit Server". After it's done extracting I run the launch.bat file but it doesn't seem to be completing successfully. Here are pics of what shows up. The second pic is just continuing the first, I wasn't able to fit it all in one pic. PLEASE HELP!
