I assume the code of the countdown has been solved already, but here's a simple and deciphered version for those who can't crack the code. now to get back to deciphering exactly what HEXXIT is while ignoring the searing pain from my sunburn.
Please note that all I did was enter the deciphered information into a time and date countdown maker and hit "create" so none of that is my work except my deciphering which took me 2 days to finish.

In the previous panel he has a red cloak. In 'Eliminate', it's dark transparent.

True, but you can't get exasperated at people not using your little thingy, and instead opting to do it themselves for fun. If you'd notice, the thread has been full of "Discovery" posts. Obviously they're not reading backwards, so relinking to your applet a million times will do nothing. Besides, if they just decoded it, why would they need to read it again?
Sorry, I guess you're right. I'll stop repeatedly posting stuff. Also, if someone's going to post something that says 'I decoded the countdown' at least decode it CORRECTLY. PLEASE.
I'm just going to put this out there, because nobody else has said anything about it...On the Eliminate screen, the Rogue/Caster happens to have his cloak go from being red, to being transparent and dark in that panel. Just figured I'd bring that to peoples' attention.
I would say 'Awesome!' except it doesn't seem to work for me...

Hate to say it dude, but most people decoded it before you made your decoder. Suffice to say it takes about 14 seconds to decode. 5 on average to sit there and wait for the seconds to count down to 0, and the other 10 to see what each number is.
I figured that. My thingy just makes it easier.

I uncoded the message. it says 05.15.22.17.58..... hmm must be a count down 58 seconds 17 minutes 22 hours 15 days 5 weeks ????

hey, I just found something. On the page for the new Tekkit (galacticraft one) if you hover over the 'Get Tekkit' button, it shows you the link is to #get-hexxit. that was probably there for a while as a hint.

as of the last time i checked, this update is coming in 6 days, 1 hour and 57 minutes
well, uh, maybe instead, try my countdown, it references the actual TIME aspect from the technic website but has its own CSS file. find it here

He just used a website, I coded mine in HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
