Is there any way to manually instal a modpack then?

inc Increased as much as launcher allowed (only 1Gb for some reasons) According to status bar launcher does things, but unpacking drags insanely slow

Hi guys, first thread here So whenever I pick custom modpack launcher 1. Downloads files from Minecraft.net- this goes fast and without issues 2. Downloads archived modpack itself- kinda slow, but I understand that it's bandwidth issue 3. Sets up mod- and it is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW as hell (and lags my machine) For example I tried to get Aether Super+ Experimental pack http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/aether-super-pack.56541 steps 1&2 went ok, 3rd step lasted for more than 3h and I was forced to stop it (because I have other things to do) Other modpacks behave in similar manner. Is this normal? If yes, then why? And can I somehow instal modpacks manually? If no, then why this is happening? And how can I fix this? TIA
