Ahh, ok, well I have been away awhile, that explains it, thank you for the advice! Will this work with making a more efficient water mill energy source like you could with the water strainer?

I see all of the other Power Converter items on my SMP server, however I don't have a recipe for the water strainer anymore? I am updated and using the latest builds, has the water strainer been removed from Power Converters, or do I have an error some where?
