3 days later and im still getting the same issue. cant download that scala-library file

yes if you read it in the middle somewhere it says to download those .jar files manually. which i just tried to do, the scala-library.jar file wont download manually either. so its the file on the server that is messed up

Yep, I'm getting this same error. it keeps crashing when it gets to 24% of the download for the scala-library.jar file in FML
