Having some problems port forwarding, PFConfig didnt help and PFPortChecker is telling me my port isn't open and no matter what I do I get the same outcome, any suggestions?

I have decided to get my lazy ass up and make a server! So I will be hosting this Tekkit Server that is almost 24/7 and has No banned Items!
RULES1. Griefing/Raiding/Stealing/ is allowed. Do not whine!
2. Keep swearing to a minimum please! Kiddies play here!
3. Do not ask for items, rank, etc.
4. Do not be a nuisance! Do not ask to join a faction over and over again, etc!
5. Use common sense. If you wont do it in real life, dont do it here!
