Have you been banned from a server before? If so, why? I have been banned from a server once as I was cutting down a tree and I forgot to cut down the leaves as well so I was banned from that server. This type of thing was meant to be a temporary ban on the server but the person who banned me was an abusive admin.
Experience with mods? I have a good bit of experience with quite a few mods in your modpack including but not limited to Tinkers construct, Ars Magica, Ender IO, Big Reactors, Twilight Forest, Applied Energistics and a few others. And of course there are other mods in there that I know a bit about like minefactory reloaded.
Why do you want to join? The last modded whitelisted server I went on unfortunately was closed down as the person could not afford it so I have been looking for a new server to go on and I like the look of this server so I would like to join it.
How often can you play? I should be able to play for atleast two hours a day if I don't have too much homework to do, which I usually have done by the time I can play.

I rarely come into conflict with my fellow minecraftiansMod Experience: I enjoy tinkers and Ars the most but i've dabbled in a good bit of the mods listed in the pack. I am glad to see such a variety of diffrent mods in your list to serve a wide variety of tastes. I will hopefully work my way into some other mods you have listed as well.
Why I Want to Join: My last server recently disbanded and I am currently looking for a new one. Hopefully with a bit more longevity than the last I was on. Finding a good server with friendly interactive players is hard and even harder to keep from my experience. I hope this server can last a good time for me.
Availability: my current schedule has me free from 5-9ish every night with exceptions for family friends and so on. I try my best to get on with other server members though because it gets pretty lonely on a server real quick

Do you guys use skype or teamspeak? at all and if so how often are calls?

This server used to just be my friends and I, but over time, it started to get boring because of how small it was. I am hoping this server will grow into a friendly community where we don't have to worry about people griefing and stuff. If you are a person who prefers pvp servers, this server is not for you. Killing is allowed but be nice about killing people and respect people's wishes about whether they want to be killed or not.
Rules:

- you can't be killed inside of your base without permission
- do not break another person's gravestone
- you can always defend yourself, even inside somebody else's base
- Be Respectful to everybody
