I tried to play tekkit but Fml is not loading, it says it has an fatal error and it doesn't load Tekkit. HELP!

I am having some Lag issues with Tekkit, i have a Dell laptop and it runs minecraft vanilla very smooth, (around 100 fps) but in tekkit not, i usually get 20-25 with Optifine installed, i don't know whats causing the Lag, can someone please help me?
