server setup is not working i added my java paths but im geting this ( the place were server folder is located) -Xmx3g -Xmx2g -jar tekkit.jar nogui error occurred during initialization of VM could not reserve enough space for object heap error: could not create the java virtual machine error: a fatal exception has occurred program will exit so what do this mean

1 i did not request for some one to make one for me and 2 i cant find those help vids any place or on youtube so if u know were they are post the link plz

then can you tell me how to fix the packets so they work the technic and tekkit and the others only vanilla works for me idk if its a default mc.jar or not
