Yes, to join a 1.1.5 server you have to force that version of tekkit in the launcher. Under the tekkit icon there is a little cog, click that and manually choose 1.1.5 then hit save. Hope you find your way and welcome to the server. If you have any other problems let me know.

Starting in the desert, Cascadia is a thriving city with a rich economy and deep political turmoil. You have just been released from prison after it was realised that you did not commit the crime you were accused of. We now have voice comms! Using the latest Razer voice communications software. Just search "Cascadia". We are listed as a tekkit server.
