Forge is unable to download the files it needs. You can try disabling your Antivirus and firewall and trying again, or you could manually download the files FML has listed - - and place them in a clean \lib folder.
Hey i tried downloading the scala-library file but it keeps coming up with network error. I have also disabled all my firewalls but it still wont download and i really want to play tekkit any more suggestions??
