Ok khovie, it looks to me like it lies within the downloaded data. Corruption? Try deleting it COMPLETELY, as in, from /Program files and /program files 64 (I think there is two program file version for windows, a normal one then a 64 bit one) and from your desktop, downloads, anywhere where the data could possibly have gone. Then re-download it. If that doesn't work, message me through the private conversation you set up with me.
