Description of Problem:

So, I'll be playing tekkit with friends, obviously using LAN, and I'll just randomly time out. We're all within like 4 feet from each other.

Error Messages:

Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out.

So, I've been playing with my brother on tekkit using the LAN feature, but, I have a problem with it. I'll just be going about my business, digging, crafting, building space stations, stuff like that, and then, I time out for no reason what-so-ever. We're in the same household, practically right next to eachother, using the same internet. Any idea what's causing this?
