Resetting the pack makes no difference. Also redownloading the launcher doesn't help.

I am trying to load up Tekkit in the launcher and everything goes okay after login until it says failed to download customport mod. I usually use 1.0.6, but earlier I switched tekkit to the latest version, and now only this version works, not the recommended 1.0.6, which i need for my server. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
