No problem, I was having that problem too, damn anti virus doesnt want us to play the modpack and have fun...

I found the fix. To fix it, all you have to do is go to http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/wildcaves3/wildcaves3-v0.4.2.zip and unblock the page with your anti-virus program. At least, that is what I had to do. I don't know why this counts as a blocked page, but who knows?
