Lollipop

Hi Is there a guide somewhere to installing Tekkit from scratch? Let's assume I've got a fresh Windows 8 box. It's got no java on it, no minecraft no tekkit etc. Let's also assume I've no accounts set up on any services e.g. no mojang account, no tekkit account etc. Can someone point me at the required steps?
