Hi did you update your tekkit to 3.0.3 or to 3.1.0 if so you should be using the tekkit 3.0.3 because the tekkit server uses the client set as 3.0.3

Wait till their are more people I don't think there is many people maybe about 2 or 3 groups/people

also a competition like this would be take a long while to create (especially if it's only one person building a whole town)

I may be able to help you out here but I first have to just find some stuff out before I do anything. Don't want to make it worse than it is already.

[Server issues]

Is your server running on the same computer if so then that would lag other players.

If not then it may be that your two computers are using too much internet mb.

If you can gather more information I can help you further along

Also two last things do you have your computer running the server hooked up to an ethernet cable and is your internet connection a broadband connection.

I have had that problem every time I download tekkit and what I need to know is what your .bat file says and the name of your tekkit jar file (to find out what your .bat file says right click it and hit edit then just tell me what it says) I need bothe information to see if I can give you a hand with it

[Technic Texture Packs?]

Is there any Technic texture packs (although I think there is a painterly pack for it but not too sure).

Make sure it is up to date (I hate it when you get a awesome texture pack and it isn't up to date with your minecraft)

If this isn't the right place for this topic then could you point me in the right direction (I never used a forum before but the technic pack is just so awesome) ;D

[Advantages of using technic launcher for vanilla?]

Are there any advantages of using the launcher for vanilla MC? like theres a vanilla option...

Just wondering if instead of using the normal mc launcher, i could use this one..

Well for me I use the vanilla on technic as vanilla and for my other minecraft I use it for mods that just aren't in the technic pack :(
