    Hexxit Wont Open

It would help if there was a bit more information (i.e. crash report, error messages) in order to help solve this problem. Try looking in C:/Users/(user)/AppData/Roaming/.technic/hexxit/crash-reports.
  2. The Lumber Axe (I assume you mean the Tinkers' Construct one that has a rainbow-ish icon and can be found in Battle Tower chests) is an incomplete item from the mod and is not meant to be found in-game. The item is contained in Battle Tower loot lists, despit the fact it is not complete. The only solution is to just ignore/not pick up Lumber Axes when you find them in Battle Tower chests, as it has no use. Also, the Lumber Axe will crash when used to break any block, not just wood.
  3. Title: Gigantic Rift (Another DD problem) Version: 1_0_4 OS: Windows 7 64-bit Java Version: 1.7.0_09 Description of Problem: After the result of my other bug (see http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/chunk-overrides.50362/), I made a new world. Long story short, a gigantic rift appeared (lots of small ones, around 30 altogether) just west of my house. I made a ton of rift removers and set to remove the rift. I turned it to peaceful to get rid of the fifty or so Endermen. It turned out that there would be one or two small rifts that the Rift Remover would not work on, but when the world was restarted, all of the rifts that I had removed would reappear and mass-spawn Endermen. This is the second time that I've had Hexxit ruin my base because of buggy world generation, and I'd love a solution to this problem. Here's a screenshot of part of the rift (as rift particles can only be seen when they're closer to you): EDIT: Seeing as how no one has any answers (as usual) and no matter what I did, even turning off rift generation, rift spreading, rift griefing, and rift chance (or putting all to 0) in the DimDoors config, the rift would still not disappear, at which point I deleted the mod. I never liked it much anyways, and the fact that it is in practically every Technic pack slightly annoys me, so instead I disabled it. I would just suggest for anybody else having problems with the mod to do the same. Error Messages: Error Log:

    Chunk Overrides

Title: Chunk Overrides Version: 1_0_4 OS: Windows 7 64-bit Java Version: 1.7.0_09 Description of Problem: Certain chunks seem to be replaced after exiting Limbo or Nether, i.e: - My game crashed after respawning from Nether after being killed by Pigman (unexpected crash, log was not saved because thought irrelevent), and the chunk in which crops had been situated had been replaced by a different coastline and a battle tower, also erasing my Tinkers Construct workshop - Shortly after clearing the tower, I found a Rift Blade and used it to enter a pocket dimension, where I then killed myself to get to Limbo and made it to the water at the bottom. Upon reentering the Overworld at a point far away from my house, I made my way back to discover that the main section of my house (which had all of my storage of everything I owned) had been erased, that chunk had been overriden, and ANOTHER battle tower had sprung up. I'm not sure what is causing this, but I can only guess something with Dimensional Doors. EDIT: Seeing as how no one has any explanations, I think I may have figured it out myself. I saw another bug report with the same problem, blaming the Secret Rooms mod for the problem. It turns out I had two Secret Doors in my base, not at the same time, in both chunks that were overwritten. The Secret Rooms mod must be the reason for this bug, and if anyone else is to read this I would NOT suggest them to use the Secret Doors included in that mod. Error Messages: Error Log:
