okay sorry, i tried manually searching

Hi everyone, just downloaded the launcher and I can't use it without lag spikes on the game, its nothing minor either, I range from 0 (literally) fps to 70+ fps, any ideas? I've never had problems with these mod packs, and minecraft doesnt have this problem on its own.
