[Increase Server Difficulty]

Apart from standard server.properties, is there a way to further increase the difficulty of a Hexxit server?

Would like to make Hexxit deadly once more.. it seems getting to a certain stage makes the mod pack feel easy.

Pretty much as the title suggests:

Run a Hexxit server and all the books saved from one typesetting table are accessible by everyone else. Was wondering if there was a way to remove books from the saved list in the typsetting table?
