I'm using the recommended build out of the technic launcher. 1.1.10. I haven't added anything myself.

Title: Qcraft Quantum Portal Not Functioning

OS: WIndoes 7 Ultimate 64bit
Java Version: Version 7
Description of Problem:
Whenever I build a quantum portal it simply will not work. Following all instructions, using all the proper blocks. When I click on the quantum computer after setting up the portal itself I get the message "Frame incomplete". No clue how to fix this, tested on creative and I get the same issue.

Yea I'm talking about the portal that allows player teleportation, not the one where you can teleport buildings. I've seen a post on the qcraft forums but it hasn't been answered, and google isn't turning anything up.
