My server doesn't work... in Tekkit Classic Discussion Posted September 15, 2013 So I made a tekkit classic server and I port forwarded with my ATT router to 25565 and whenever i start up the server I get this: 17:39:36 [iNFO] Initializing alchemy values for Equivalent Exchange.. 17:39:36 [iNFO] NetherOres: loaded Macerator Recipes 17:39:36 [iNFO] Loading properties 17:39:37 [iNFO] Starting Minecraft server on 108.218.156.155:25565 17:39:37 [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT! 17:39:37 [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requ ested address: JVM_Bind 17:39:37 [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port? > I stop the server every time properly with the "stop" command and it still doesn't work... Please help! More info: I live in the USA, my router is AT&t U-verse, I entered the port into the router config website...

More info: I live in the USA, my router is AT&t U-verse, I entered the port into the router config website...
