[Tekkit freezes on 'Building Terrain' Screen]

I'm having the same problem but sometimes it will load and i can play for 30 seconds and then it freezes

Description of Problem:

Whenever I try to play Tekkit I'll load up a world but then I'll get in the world for about 30 seconds and then it will freeze. After about 10 seconds it will say "Shutting down internal server".. Then it will just freeze there and then it will say the program is not responding and it will just load forever and ever so I have to use task manager to close it. By the way Tekkit is at build 1.1.8
