Im having the same problem and its really frustrating!

When i download the Hexxit modpack, it all downloads smoothly until it gets to the Secret Rooms Mod. Then it just stops downloading, leaving the download bar at less than one percent. I have tried restarting the launcher and retrying to download Hexxit many times, and i am considering just getting the mods individually. Is there an easier way or some way to fix this problem? PLEASE HELP! I am also running a mac version 10.7.5.
