Title: Fml_libs15 not downloading Version: 1_0_3 OS: Windows 7 Java Version: 1.7.0_21 Description of Problem: When I try to load tekkit and hexxit it downloads everything but when it reaches FML_libs15 it encounters an error and fails to downloaD. It then stops and fails to run. All other programs run like normal Error Messages: Error Log:
