Title: Failed to login: Bad Login
Version: 1_0_3
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Java Version: Java SE Runtime Environment build 1.4.0_40-b43; Java Hotspot 64-Bit Server VM build 24.0-b56, mixed mode
Description of Problem:
I'm sorry, but I don't know where else to post this. Before you ask:
·YES, I have a premium Minecraft account. Don't even start this tangent.
·YES, I've changed my password already.
·YES, I've closed and re-opened the client.
·YES, I've restarted my computer.
·YES, I've waited over 24 hours since the issue first manifested itself.
·YES, the Minecraft Auth servers are up. ( http://xpaw.ru/mcstatus/ )
Here's the backstory. I host a Tekkit server from my PC, and I've never had any issues with connecting to it. I've got eight gigabytes RAM and I'm quite content. However, starting yesterday, I've been getting the dreaded "Failed to login: Bad Login" message when I've tried to connect. Interestingly enough, yesterday was the first time in quite a while that I'd connected to a vanilla Minecraft server, with the Vanilla launcher. I'm not terribly familiar with the new Vanilla launcher, but
·YES, I logged completely out of the launcher.
I don't know whether that could even be an issue, but I've taken all precautions, tried every fix I've seen online (and frankly, there aren't many. Most times, people just assume the person is playing pirated Minecraft, that the Auth servers are down, or that someone else is logged into that player's account; if none of the above are true, the bug thread tends to just die unanswered from what I've seen), and done everything I thought sensible and prudent to resolve this issue; however, nothing has worked.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Forge 7.8.1.737
FML 5.2.23.737
MCP 7.51
Minecraft 1.5.2
Technic Launcher Build 277
Tekkit 1.1.8 (Disregard what it says above; for some reason only 1_0_3 is in the list.)
