Bedrock, Obsidian, and End Stone will not stop an Ender Dragon, it will just pass through without destroying them. I'll check out storage chests though

I was wondering if there was any material or item that the Ender Dragon would not be able to pass through. A server that I play on has the ability to spawn Ender Dragons, and I wanted to capture one.
