[Server troubles (please help)]

give me the ip so i can test and check your server console logs and send me a pic of them to see if we can address the problem at the source.

My server was on earlier and it was working fine, but my friend kicked me (just to be "funny") and i couldn't log back in. So i restarted the server and now no-one can login. It's saying "server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL: etc." I wiped my folder and re installed the server file and extracted it again. I have checked the port forwarding stuff. But i cant figure it out. Please Help. thanks
