I am having the same exact problem. I was jut on it a few hours ago, an it stops at 100%.version.json. and stops loading.

Title: Hexxit Launcher Bug Version: 1_0_4 OS: Windows 8 Java Version: Latest Description of Problem: I can fully download the technic launcher, but when I click play, it stops at 100%.version.json.
