what would you do if someone was spamming chat: I would tell him to stop, and if he doesn't listen i just simply mute him for a while.

have you got any other experiance on other servers as staff: Yes, i have been a moderator on a dutch server, called Dutchminecrafters. It had about 60 players when i was moderator.
