Sorry if i'm getting this wrong but if it is stuck at the mojang screen let it just load up however if the Modpack isn't loading at all re-download the Technic launcher if i am wrong about both please enplane a little bit more

I'm missing some of the official mod packs like Big Dig, Hack And Mine, and Volts i have already tried to re download technic but it dose not seem to work can someone help me solve this

I would recommend you check what version of java you have i would recommend the java 6 or the most recent update of java however if this doesn't work run it as admin and if that doesn't work re install technic by deleting the .technic folder also your version of java is out of date lastly change your game to recommended when loading up the game
