Alright i've gone into the main consol of my Trend Micro and i have put on the exception list, Tekkit Launcher, Tekkit Main, Java, Minecraft, BigDig, Voltz, and Hexxit, However something is still causing problems, and i know it has to do with my Trend Micro Internet Security because i can play all of these mods when Trend Micro is taken down and then the mod-packs will load except in a few cases which i will get into below. Previously i didn't have any issues with the tekkit excepting the AV blocking tekkit, but now i have been experiencing an issue where the mod-pack in the launcher fails to load. When in the launcher i scroll to the mod-pack hit play and a progress bar will pop up above the get more mod-packs, after a couple of seconds the progress bar disappears and the whole thing doesn't load this occurs when my AV is down and the only solution i can find is to completely reload my PC this isn't a huge concern of mine but i would like to know if there is a way to solve this issue as it is an annoyance PS: sorry this is a big post im trying to be as descriptive as possible so there is as little confusion as possible

alright it works but i have to completely disable my firewalls, is there a workaround so that i can keep them up. My computer has been hit with some nasty viruses in the past and i would very much like to play this game without having to disable my protection PS: Thank You very much Chefsbiran i didn't think to check my firewalls.
