OK, but on Feed The Beast, Direwolf20 there is 1.6.4 version of MC, and there is IC2 but I'm not sure is there Red Power, I know that there is RedPower2 and IC2 on Feed The Beast Ultimate 1.4.7, but on newer versions of FTB there isn't RedPower2... Maybe his author stop Modding... It was really good mod with the Frames and Frame Motors, Water Pumps... I created building with elevator using RedPower2... I'm sad right now...

Please, update mods on tekkit lite, there are lots of new versions of mods!
