I've set up a survival mode Tekkit server for my friends and I, and NEI isn't allowing us to spawn items. I am able to spawn items in single-player. When I go to the options tab of the inventory, I can see that NEI is set to cheat mode. What setting do I need to change to allow NEI item spawning in my own server?
