[Help with the Smelter.]

How do I move the molten metals around? I've seen the YogsCast do it, but when I click I can manage to move then around. Help please?

[Server Issues.]

Whenever I try to launch the launch.bat I get this message in the command prompt :

I don't know what this means, all I know is that it means that it's not working properly. Help, please?
