Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: Java 7 Update 45- 64 bit

Antivirus Program: Norton Antivirus

Description of Problem:

I have had the Technic Launcher for a long time and have had no problems, recently- after a new update to the launcher- it opened with all the modpacks saying Add New Pack, with offline in the corner. I deleted the launcher with all its files and re-downloaded it with my antivirus disabled and used run as Administrator. I got the same without the offline in the corner of each pack. I have had this problem for a while now.

Additional Info- I DO NOT Have the malware/program Relevant Knowledge. Is there any other malware that has the same effect that I can remove? Also the Error Log shown is me opening the launcher and trying to install lapitos galacticraft modpack.
