Every time i try to open a pack, it doesn't work.

I also have the problem on opening my packs. It says there is an error in the files. I think I narrowed it to this one http://zendmods-noahnetblog.rhcloud.com/mods/icbm/icbm-1.6.4-1.3.4.265.zip since when I try to open it it says it is corrupted. Any thoughts?
