server has ben port forwarded and still wont allow anyone

Ok so I set up the Tekkit server and it runs fine. The only problem is it won’t let my friends access it, the ports are forwarded, all the players are on the white list, and the ip slot is blank in the set up menu . However my friends are still blocked. -
