I dont mean to bump my post but would i need Java se runtime to play?

The launcher isnt even coming up. I got on my brothers computer and the launcher starts up perfect and right now im trying to figure out whats wrong on my computer.

Lol i have uttorent. I'm uninstalling it. I've also tried the network drivers and i've tried the latter but idk if i used it right.

No its at the point where its not even opening up to where i can either sign in or see the modpacks. Im ready to buy a new computer at this point but im not wasting my money lol

Sorry, I've also updated my network drivers and tried a latter but its not helping i've copied the ideas you've given to people that had my same problem. Munaus can you give me any ideas on how to fix my problem? Im tired of not being able to play.
