Can someone please help me with this, it's getting worse.

Usually, when playing Voltz, the game will stop responding, it won't respod, so I exit out, and when the message pops up with 3 options, check for a solution and close the program, close the program, or wait for the program to respond. I choose one of the first 2. When I get back on the Technic Launcher, it won't let me back on unless I restart my PC. Is there a way where I can get back on without shutting down my PC?

When I try to install ANY of the mods, I get an error EVERYTIME at 0%hit3.ogg and get this error Error downloading file for the following pack: Tekkit Classic Failed to download http://resources.download.minecraft.net/ad/ad126e435cca94054bf0d616301799a105526cde Please consult the modpack author.
