I had the same problem as you, luckily it is easily fixed (worked for me anyway)
You problem have a program installed on your pc called relevant knowledge. - go to your control panel - programs - uninstall a program - search for relevant knowledge and uninstall it. restart technic launcher and it should work fine
relevant knowledge is a malware program that saves all of your passwords and usernames ect and uses sends uses them to log in as you and spend your money or whatever, so change all your passwords if u want - especially if u have recently bought something.
