me and my friends are tying to open a lan connection and play mine craft together but every time we try we get a time out error it worked on vanilla at first then when we tried on tekkit it wouldn't and after that it wouldn't let us do it on vanilla things we've tried: both being hardwired one hardwire one wireless direct connect turning off both of our firewalls completely(which on vanilla it worked on the first try with firewalls on) turning on firewalls uninstalling and reinstalling java vanilla client tekkit client ftb client we tried direct connect on all steps our specs both of us have 64bit java I have 8 gigs he has 4gigs we are trying to host off my 8 gigs and GeForce 630 gcard(we tried vise versa and it didn't work our router is 100/1000 please any awnsers.
