Server All Ready, But Says Mods Missing

I checked. Both the server and the client are 1.0.8. -
The title mainly says it all. If anyone else has this problem please tell me what to do! It says the server is online in the list but if anyone (even me) trys to join it says 'You can not join this server because you do not have the following mods installed'. Then it gives a list of mods that i DO have installed and in that version. What do I do D:
