when your on the launcher click the gear in the top right then click on logs, get the log of the unresponsive time and then the upload it to a site like pastebin and link that to here, without a log we cant help

It might be that you or the server are playing on different versions of the modpack. see if the server is running on an old or beta build

[Most hearts you can have that i think]

I found that this is the maximum amount of hearts and you get this by first have an exouit with all pieces max added health than you get the more health gene from advanced genectics and finally have all heart canister from tinkers construct
