hello I am new to this site.. to repair the issue check your antivirus certification verification and turn it off . You can turn off your antivirus but it may not always turn off this certification.. My son had the same problem with his computer problem is now repaired and I just turned the verification back on once tekkit and minecraft started working. Mainly this is just the antivirus saying communications with the site that it is trying to connect to is safe.
